I agree, these are great stories. I have been on a steady diet of food server blogs over the last month...and for some reason it kinda makes me want to quit my crappy corporate job and try food service. It seems more honest.

hehe! Me too! I've read through the archives of several server blogs and although I know I probably couldn't handle the stress of hospitality, these blogs make it seem like a fascinating profession- like there's an eye opening experience in every shift!
